Section 3: Ordering

3.1. By placing an order through our Website, you enter into an agreement with CLRN Direct with respect to the processing of that order.

3.2. If you are paying online, CLRN Direct is also responsible for any returns or refunds. However, we also remain responsible for the preparation, quality, and delivery of your order.

3.3. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering.

3.4. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide are for your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.

Section 4: Payment And Billing

 4.1. Payment for CLRN Direct goods or Services must be made by credit or debit card via Paystack payment gateway, or via direct Bank Transfer; all details will be provided on our checkout page.

4.2. Cash on delivery is not allowed.

4.3. All payments made on an order are non-refundable because orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation.

Section 5: Service

5.1. All orders are delivered in 24 hours after orders and payments have been confirmed.

5.2. Prices are subject to change due to market price fluctuations, however, this will be updated accordingly on the website.

Section 6: Refund Policy

Payments are returned within 24 to 72 hours in case of excess payments after proper verification with the customer, Payment Gateway over-charge, a mistake in Bank Transfers, or other circumstances may trigger our refund policy if required.

Section 7: Rule Of Use

7.1. Each user is responsible for familiarizing themselves with these Terms and any correspondence issued by CLRN Direct to such users to enable the user to understand his or her rights and responsibilities.
